Draft terms for review
- Before real uploads can be enabled, users must confirm they understand ClaimPilot is self-help document automation and case tracking only.
- ClaimPilot is not medical, legal, or insurance advice and does not guarantee any appeal or billing outcome.
- Users must consent to processing uploaded documents for packet generation, case tracking, response parsing, reminders, and outcome calculation.
- Users must see that AWS services may process/store uploaded documents under the approved AWS-first architecture.
- AI/OCR use on real PHI remains disabled unless separately approved and disclosed.
- Users must understand public seed data and external review statistics are directional background only, not user-specific success probabilities.
- Users must be told how to request export or deletion before real uploads are enabled.
- Production real uploads remain blocked until HTTPS/domain, access control, RDS/S3 persistence, deletion/export, logging, no-tracking, AWS BAA, and founder approval gates pass.
