Add 1–3 documents — your denial letter, Explanation of Benefits (EOB), or provider bill. One valid file is enough to start a Case. We assess it first and may ask for route-specific evidence before formal materials can be generated.

Your documents are encrypted and handled under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. See the Privacy Notice and Terms. You can export or delete your case at any time.

Case access

After upload, we'll show your Case ID and a private recovery code. Save both to return from another device. This browser also stays signed in for up to a month.

Text reminders and text-message sign-in are not available yet. We will not ask for or store your mobile number.

Your email (optional)

Email is optional and only a correspondence hint — it is never used for reminders or to recover access to your case. Use the Case ID and recovery code shown after upload to return.

Your documents

Upload at least one and no more than three files — a PDF or a clear photo of each document. You do not need a document bundle to start; formal materials are generated only after the evidence threshold for your route is met. On a phone, tap a box to take a photo or choose one from your library.
