• ClaimPilot is a self-help document automation and case tracking tool.
• ClaimPilot is not a medical, legal, or insurance advice service.
• Production real-document processing remains disabled until REAL_PHI_ALLOWED=true is explicitly approved and recorded.
• When enabled later, uploaded documents may be processed for case packet generation, case tracking, response parsing, reminders, and outcome calculation.
• The approved AWS-first architecture stores structured records in RDS PostgreSQL and files in encrypted S3 buckets.
• AWS services may process and store uploaded documents under the AWS Business Associate Addendum once the final real-PHI gate is approved.
• ClaimPilot must not put raw document text in normal logs.
• If OCR or AI is enabled later, the user-facing disclosure must identify the approved service path before real PHI is processed.
• Deletion/export instructions and production support contact details must be finalized before real PHI launch.
• Public seed data and external review statistics may be used as directional background only; they are not user-specific success probabilities or outcome predictions.
