Terms of Service

By using IntelClaim you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your access link/credentials private.

2. What IntelClaim is

IntelClaim is a self-help tool that helps you organize a medical-billing/insurance case, read your documents, and prepare your own appeal materials from information you confirm. You decide whether and how to use those materials.

3. No professional advice; no representation

IntelClaim does not provide medical, legal, or insurance advice and is not a substitute for a licensed professional. Using IntelClaim does not create an attorney-client, provider-patient, or agency relationship. IntelClaim does not represent you and does not act on your behalf with any insurer, provider, or government body.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

IntelClaim does not guarantee that an appeal will succeed or that you will receive any payment, coverage, or savings. Any public examples, seed data, or statistics shown are general background only and are not predictions about your individual case.

5. Your responsibilities

• Review all generated materials, amounts, and deadlines for accuracy before relying on or submitting them.
• Submit your own appeal and handle your own communications with insurers and providers.
• Only upload documents that are about you or that you are authorized to upload.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use IntelClaim for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not upload other people's health information without the right to do so.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

7. Intellectual property and your content

We own the IntelClaim software and content. You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Service availability and changes

The service may change, and may be unavailable at times. Features may be added or removed. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. SMS program

When you ask to verify a mobile number, sign in, or secure your account, IntelClaim may send a one-time verification code or security notice. These operational texts are separate from optional recurring case reminders.

If you separately opt in to case reminders, message frequency varies based on your case activity and deadlines. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to reminder texts is not required to use IntelClaim. See the SMS Program page and Privacy Notice for more information.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it extracts, pre-fills, or generates (including amounts, dates, deadlines, or denial reasons) will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all such information before relying on it or submitting anything.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelClaim and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost savings, lost coverage, lost reimbursement, missed deadlines, or denied or unpaid claims, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Because IntelClaim may be offered at no charge, you acknowledge that this fixed amount, and not any fee you paid, may represent the entire limit of our liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold IntelClaim and its operator harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your uploading of documents or information that you were not authorized to upload.

12. Termination

You may stop using IntelClaim and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and you and we waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.
