We use this number for one-time verification codes and security notices you request. These operational texts are separate from optional case reminders.

The reminder checkbox shown above is separate and unchecked by default. A user can create and use a case without selecting it.

Verification and security texts

These messages are sent only when you request a verification or sign-in code, or when an account-security event requires a notice.

The reminder checkbox is unchecked by default. You can create and use an IntelClaim case without agreeing to reminder texts.
